What to wear: Comfortable clothing.
What to bring: Only yourself – all mats & props are supplied.
Guidelines – Practice at one’s own pace with awareness, if needed using the suggested modifications or props.
Helen has been a yoga practitioner for over 30 years and is qualified in several forms of Yoga including Integral, Being and Radiant Light Yoga and has intensively trained in lyengar Yoga.
The base of Helen’s teaching is now Radiant Light Yoga.

Thursday 9am-10.30am Yoga Flow

The breath is used to allow easeful flow encouraging flexibility, strenght, tone, stamina, while keeping the unity of the mind, body connection and awareness.
Your practice = Energetic Asana Flow, Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation.
Restorative Yoga Class
Restorative Yoga is a yummy nurturing practice where poses are held for a longer time, the use of props as supports allow the Body and Mind to deeply relax, restore, replenish and renew.
Through our Restorative practice our nervous system is nurtured bringing you into balance and stillness.
This class will be incorporated with your General Practice on a regular basis.
Private Yoga Classes
Beginners wanting to learn the basics.
Those with challenges (injury or illness), needing more support and guidance for their specific needs.
Pre and Post Natal.

Yoga with Renee
A general Hatha Yoga class, suitable for all levels of experience.
This class has a relaxed, fun and friendly atmosphere. Through a mix of asana, pranayama and meditation, rejuvenate and relax your body, mind and spirit.
What to wear: Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
What to bring: Please bring your own Yoga mat.
Time: Monday evening 6pm-7pm
