Full Moon Group Healing Meditation

Tuesday each month around the full moon. See the events page for details.  Includes a Lightbody essence and crystal to take home and is an extension of the weekly Group Meditation.

Absentee/Remote Meditation

If you cannot physically come to the centre to join our meditation groups, you can contact us and book in for a remote meditation. During the meditation, you will be energetically present in the room so you will receive the same healing as being physically there. A recording of the meditation will then be sent to you to download and listen to in your own time. These meditations are just as effective as being on location. Below is a sample of a meditation.

Benefits of Meditation
